Our Statement of Purpose
Jesus Christ is the light of the World. We at Lynchwood Church of God seek to share that light, reflecting His light into the darkness where we walk. That light is God's gracious call to each to be reconciled to Him, that through Jesus, God's own Son, we have eternal life. Out of love and thankfulness for His loving gift of eternal life we then serve the Lord of the church and all peoples by:

joyfully celebrating His healing gifts of forgiveness and eternal life through our church worship and daily living;

prayerfully committing ourselves to personal growth and mutual encouragement through fellowship and regular study of His Word;

purposely caring for the unchurched in word and deed, and

generously giving ourselves for the building up of God's kingdom. We are a family of God, strengthened in love, committed to service, and celebrating a faith.
